A little need

Abstract
This poem is a potent comment on twhat humanity is presently inflicting upon the world .
Heinous crimes, barbarous murders, A little yearning for Patience from our restless
Ruthless bloodsheds, evanescing humanity; souls.
There’s a little need of Love in this world,
A little desire of Sympathy, Hazardous air, toxic water,
A little yearning for Compassion from our Deteriorating environment, increasing
brassy hearts. industrialisation;
There’s a little need of Concern in this world,
Petrifying terrorism, turbulent riots, A little desire of Selflessness,
Bloodthirsty fights, eternal enmity; A little yearning for Generosity from our cruel
There’s a little need of Peace in this world, minds.
A little desire of Brotherhood,
A little yearning for Kindness from our stony Vanishing responsibility, succumbing
bosoms. honesty,
Diminishing justice, rising corruption;
Weakening friendships, breaking families, There’s a little need of Truth in this world,
Fading love, deepening loneliness; A little desire of Wisdom,
There’s a little need of Unity in this world, A little yearning to realise that we’re sinking
A little desire of Faith, deeper in the mire of all evils.
