The Rhythm of Life or the Art of Ageing

Abstract
The science of ageing is being explored to find ways and means to not only prolong life but
also enhance its quality. In a sense, this quest is not new and is part of man’s larger quest for
Immortality. But there is also an art of ageing, to age gracefully and beautifully. This article explores
both these in the light of the spiritual dimension of existence.
